These Contractor Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the FL Trade Leads pay-per-lead program ("Program"). By checking the agreement box on the signup form, you ("Contractor") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up.
FL Trade Leads ("Company") connects Florida homeowners seeking HVAC services with licensed contractors. When a homeowner submits a service request, we route the lead to one or more contractors based on ZIP code coverage and lead type. Contractors pay a one-time fee to claim each lead.
Prices are subject to change with 7 days' written notice to active contractors.
Payment is required before lead contact information is released. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By paying, you confirm you have read the lead details and agree to the applicable fee.
All lead purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.
We verify that every lead is a real Florida homeowner who submitted a service request. We do not guarantee that the homeowner will answer your call, proceed with service, or hire you. Lead quality disputes must be submitted within 24 hours to support@fltradeleads.com. We will review at our discretion and may issue a credit (not a refund) for leads that are demonstrably invalid (e.g., disconnected number, address outside Florida).
You agree to make a good-faith effort to contact the homeowner within 2 hours of receiving the lead. Fast response dramatically increases close rates. Failure to contact leads in a timely manner is not grounds for a refund.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, or transfer any lead to a third party. Leads are for your business use only. Violation of this section will result in immediate termination and may result in legal action.
You agree not to solicit homeowners introduced through this Program to bypass FL Trade Leads on future projects. All homeowners sourced through this Program are considered FL Trade Leads customers for a period of 12 months from initial introduction.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid lead fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any contractor immediately for violations of these Terms.
FL Trade Leads is a lead generation service only. We are not a party to any transaction between you and the homeowner. We are not liable for: the homeowner's decision not to proceed, the quality of your work, any disputes arising from the job, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead in dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
By checking "I agree to the FL Trade Leads Contractor Terms of Service" on the signup form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Your name, email address, IP address, and the timestamp of your agreement are recorded as evidence of acceptance.
